Add note field to when you mark a pet as "lost"

When you mark an animal as lost, you should be able to put a note against that.

I.e. When you mark as lost, there is a comments box:
- "Dog went missing when at Example Beach at 10am"
- "Dog escaped from fenced property in Y suburb at around 4pm"
- "Parrot escaped at about 9am on Friday from Blah Suburb"

It might help for when those animals are retrieved and compared against the register
